Inspection of grounds surrounding home for signs of damage, impending problems, or neglect due to weather, tenants, or security, etc.

Our services are offered on an as needed basis, or quarterly or annual contract. Contracts are strongly recommended due to our "first come, first served" structure. We offer customized contracts to fit YOUR needs.

We are a small christian family based business who lives in Lake Ariel, PA . After many years of performing remodel and repair work on homes in the area, we gradually acquired a list of our customers who gave us keys  to "check in on their homes" while they were away. Eventually we realized that the list had grown so much that we came to a point that if we kept in the remodeling business we would have to give everyone back their keys due to there not being enough time in a day. We decided that we liked our customers too much (many have become friends) and we couldn't bring ourselves to tell them we couldn't keep an eye on their homes (many live out of state with an average of a 3 hour commute to check on their homes) anymore. So we decided after looking ahead toward the future and thru prayer, to concentrate on the property management aspect of the business.
